READY-TO-SHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Packing

• Default packing: standard export carton with individual innner color box packaging.

• Custom packaging is not available for “Ready to Ship” items.

2. Warranty

We offer a warranty program instead of product returns or exchanges. Due to the high cost of international return shipping, we do not accept physical returns for any reason.

Warranty Period:

• 1 YEAR WARRANTY (non-human damage only)

Warranty Process:

1. Contact us with:

   • Your order number

   • Clear video showing the issue

   • Photos of the product (if applicable)

2. Our technical team will review the video to determine:

   • Whether the issue is covered under warranty

   • Whether the issue is due to non-human damage (e.g., normal electrical usage)

3. If the claim is approved:

   • We will ship the required replacement parts to you FREE OF CHARGE, or

   • We will send a new device to you FREE OF CHARGE.

   • We will provide REMOTE ONLINE GUIDANCE for repair (video call, step-by-step instructions, or written guide).

4. You are responsible for:

   • Installing the replacement parts (with our remote guidance)

   • Disposing of the defective parts locally

Warranty Exclusions:

• Physical damage (drops, impacts, improper usage)

• Water/liquid damage

• Electrical surges, incorrect voltage, or power supply issues

• Unauthorized repair or modification

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

3. Shipment & Delivery

• Shipping method: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by air – all customs duties and taxes are included.

• Delivery timeline: approximately 8–15 business days from the date of dispatch from our China factory.

• Tracking number will be provided once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.

• No changes or cancellations once the order enters the packing/shipping process, due to real-time inventory allocation.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

• Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon arrival.

• Any visible damage or complete non-functionality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

6. Voltage & Plug Configuration

• All units will be fitted with the correct power plug and voltage for your country based on your shipping address.

• If you require a different configuration, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.

• We are not liable for compatibility issues arising from incorrect address information or special requirements not communicated prior to order placement.

7. Defective on Arrival – Refund Eligibility

If a product is confirmed to be completely non-functional upon arrival (based on video evidence reviewed by our technical team), we will issue a full refund.

• We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether the product needs to be returned, depending on the buyer’s location and the cost-effectiveness of return shipping.

• If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange pickup; if not, you will be instructed to dispose of the product locally.

This applies ONLY to products that are completely non-functional. Minor issues (e.g., slight color variation, minimal surface imperfections, or minor packaging damage) do not qualify for refund and will be handled under warranty instead.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Order placed in error

• Compatibility issues (voltage/plug mismatch)

• Minor cosmetic preferences

All sales are final once the order is confirmed and shipped.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and you will bear all shipping costs.

9. Quantity & Stock

• Quantities shown are actual available stock.

• We reserve the right to refund and cancel orders if inventory discrepancies occur.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s registered jurisdiction.
